1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or purchasing from LeadMart at leadmart.in, a brand operated by i Smart, you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, stop using the website and do not place an order.

2. About LeadMart & i Smart

LeadMart is a B2B business database marketplace operated by i Smart in India. We aggregate, curate and sell GST-registered, MSME, importer-exporter, professional, industry-wise, state-wise and other B2B databases.

3. Nature of Products — Digital Database

Once delivered, a digital product cannot be returned, recalled or refunded.

• Digital products delivered by email or secure download link
• Compiled from publicly available, government portal and legally sourced information
• Intended only for lawful B2B marketing, research and business outreach
• Delivered in Excel (.xlsx), CSV or VCF format
• Non-exclusive: the same database may be sold to multiple buyers

4. Data Accuracy & Field Availability

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

1. Accuracy varies by category and typically ranges from 80% to 95%. LeadMart does not guarantee 100% accuracy.
2. Fields such as name, mobile, email, address, business type and GSTIN vary according to source availability. Not every record contains every field, which is not grounds for a refund.
3. Regional and niche categories may have more limited field availability. Contact numbers are verified to the extent possible.
4. Business data changes frequently, so phone numbers and emails may become inactive after compilation.

5. Permitted and Prohibited Use

• Permitted: B2B lead generation, direct sales outreach, market research, business development, lawful email or SMS marketing, verification and customer profiling
• Prohibited: resale, sublicensing, redistribution or sharing with unauthorised people or companies
• Prohibited: spam, harassment, illegal robocalling, phishing or any unlawful purpose
• All use must comply with the Information Technology Act 2000, TRAI regulations and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023

6. Online Payment & Order Process

1. Payments are processed electronically through Razorpay. LeadMart does not store card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
2. Order confirmation is sent to the registered email address within 15 minutes of successful payment.
3. Delivery is made to the registered email address within 2–24 hours of confirmed payment, depending on the product.
4. If money is debited without an order confirmation, contact support within 24 hours with the transaction reference. We will investigate within 48 working hours.
5. Keep your payment receipt or transaction ID as proof of purchase for support requests.

7. No Refund Policy

All sales are final once a database has been delivered by email or download link. No refund is issued for a change of mind, partial use, expectation mismatch about disclosed fields or accuracy, device issues or accidental purchase.

A replacement, not a refund, may be provided if a delivered file is completely corrupted and a working copy cannot be resent within 48 hours. Raise the request within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

Initiating a chargeback after receiving and accessing a database may be treated as fraud. LeadMart may give delivery evidence to the payment provider, blacklist the buyer’s contact details and IP address, and pursue remedies available under Indian law. Transactions are logged with timestamps and delivery confirmations.

9. Intellectual Property

The website design, database compilation methodology, product descriptions, LeadMart brand and data products are the intellectual property of i Smart. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, redistribution or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Buyer Obligations

• You are at least 18 and legally competent to contract
• You will use purchased data only for lawful purposes
• You will not hold LeadMart or i Smart liable for outreach results
• You understand the stated accuracy limitations and will comply with applicable laws
• You will not reverse-engineer, scrape or systematically copy data from the website

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LeadMart and i Smart are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue or opportunities; campaign failures; inaccuracies within the stated range; or third-party use or misuse. Data quantities may vary from estimates. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

13. Amendments

i Smart may modify these terms without prior notice. Changes take effect when posted, and continued website use constitutes acceptance.
