Acceptable Data Use & Licence Policy

1. Scope of Licence

A purchase grants the registered buyer and their organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence for internal, lawful B2B purposes. It does not transfer to third parties unless LeadMart agrees in writing.

2. Permitted Uses

All use must comply with the DPDP Act, TRAI commercial communication regulations, DND Registry rules and other applicable privacy or marketing laws.

• Internal B2B sales outreach and lead generation for your own business
• Market research and business development for your organisation
• Populating your own CRM for internal sales use
• Internal business intelligence and planning

3. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, sharing, renting or transferring the data
• Publishing or uploading data to a marketplace, website, file-sharing service, database aggregator or public platform
• Bulk spam or unsolicited communications that breach TRAI or DND restrictions
• Consumer profiling, surveillance, credit scoring, insurance underwriting or unlawful use
• Harassment, threats or infringement of individual rights
• Combining the data with other datasets for resale

4. Buyer’s Compliance Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for compliance with the DPDP Act 2023, TRAI commercial communication rules, DND obligations, sector-specific regulations and applicable Indian law. LeadMart does not provide legal advice; seek legal counsel if uncertain.

5. Data Correction & Suppression Requests

A business contact whose details are inaccurate, or who wants removal, may email Support@Leadmart.in or WhatsApp +91 96995 56424. Provide enough information to identify the record. We maintain a suppression list and use commercially reasonable efforts to process requests within 14 business days.

6. Enforcement

Violation may terminate the licence and result in legal action or damages. LeadMart and i Smart reserve the right to take action available under applicable Indian law against resale, redistribution or public sharing.
