Digital Delivery Policy

1. Digital-Only Delivery

All products are digital datasets. We do not ship printed material, CDs, USB drives or any physical product. No courier or postal delivery is involved.

2. Delivery Method

The method depends on the product, file size and information provided at checkout.

• Secure download link sent to your registered email address
• Direct email attachment for smaller files
• WhatsApp delivery link where applicable

3. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery is typically completed within 30 minutes to 24 hours after confirmed payment. Timing depends on the product, order time, weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM IST are normally processed faster; orders outside business hours are usually handled on the next working day.

4. Correct Contact Details

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate, accessible email address and WhatsApp number. LeadMart is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address or number, spam filtering, or a full or inactive inbox. Check Spam, Junk and Promotions before reporting non-delivery.

5. If You Have Not Received Delivery

We will investigate and resend the file or provide a download link during business hours.

6. File Formats

Databases are delivered in Excel (.xlsx) and/or CSV as stated on the product page. These files work with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc and most CRM import tools. Ensure you have compatible software before purchasing.
