Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Products

All LeadMart products are digital downloadable datasets. Because they can be downloaded and retained, orders are generally final once delivery or access is provided. Request a free sample before purchasing to evaluate fields, relevance and quality.

2. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation before digital dispatch or delivery. Contact us immediately by WhatsApp or email. Once the file or download link has been sent, cancellation is no longer possible.

3. Exceptions — Refund May Apply

Report an issue within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Include your order or payment reference, a description and supporting screenshot where applicable. Send it to Support@Leadmart.in or WhatsApp +91 96995 56424.

• Duplicate payment for the same order
• Complete non-delivery not caused by incorrect buyer contact details, where LeadMart cannot resend within 48 hours of confirmed payment
• A delivered product demonstrably and substantially different from its published description
• A corrupted or unreadable file where LeadMart cannot provide a working replacement within 48 hours

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. They are normally processed within 5–7 business days after approval, subject to payment gateway and bank timelines. LeadMart does not control when a bank or card network reflects the credit.

5. What Is Not Covered

• Change of mind after delivery
• Partial use or non-use after delivery
• Expectation mismatch where the product description stated the scope
• Technical issues on the buyer’s device or software
• Accuracy dissatisfaction where the product page disclosed that accuracy varies by category

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

LeadMart offers a free data sample for every database category. We strongly recommend viewing a sample to evaluate data quality before purchasing the full database.
